Email Setup / Configuration

These instructions are to be used to setup extra email accounts. If you went through the Internet Connection Wizard (ICW) your first email account should already be setup. Now to setup the rest of your accounts. The first thing is to Open your Outlook Express and either click "Work Offline" or "Cancel" when the connection dialog pops up.

1. Click on Tools at the top of the screen.

A new window will pop up that will be labeled "Internet Accounts" there are four tabs across the top and you will need to click on the one that says "Mail"

When you click on the mail tab you should see one account listed which should be named pop3.citynet.net. This is the email account that was setup with the Internet Connection Wizard. To keep the accounts identified and separate so that it will be easier to keep track of them in the future we are going to change a few things before we add the next email account.

3. Click once on the name pop3.citynet.net and then click the properties button to the right of it.
