Citynet is a fully Integrated Communications Provider (ICP) that is strategically positioned to provide low cost telecommunications services to customers in the communities that we serve in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana.

Citynet has been delivering customized Internet solutions for over a decade. In 1994, the Company began marketing Internet service and web content development. Focused primarily on the residential market, Citynet's product line was enhanced in the mid-90s to include high-speed, dedicated access. New product offerings along with Citynet's continued success in website development has provided entry into the business community.

Since 2004, Citynet has offered competitive local exchange services (voice, data, Internet, and VoIP) to local users throughout West Virginia and in the Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Youngtown, and Pittsburgh markets. Over the past 3 years, Citynet has provided over 750 high capacity DS-1s to approximately 400 business customers across our service territory.

Today, Citynet is comprised of five distinct lines of business:

1) Telecommunications Services - offers competitive local exchange services (voice, data and Internet) to medium-sized business in the Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Pittsburgh - and to local markets across West Virginia and southeast Ohio.

2) Managed Services - delivers Information Technology services including hardware and software sales, server and workstation support, network design and maintenance, network monitoring and security, IP telephony, and I/T consulting.

3) Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services - offers directly to end users, but increasing emphasis on reselling our hosted-IP PBX platform to small Cable Television providers and ISPs looking for a turn-key solution.

4) Dial-Up Internet Service Provider - offers dial-up Internet services to residential customers and Small Businesses in West Virginia. Citynet currently has approximately 11,000 dial-up Internet customers.

5) Software - offers custom web development, Carrier Access Billing, Content Management, and Back Office/Operations Support Systems.

Citynet is an integrated communications provider (ICP) uniquely positioned to provide low cost telecommunication services to both wholesale and retail customers in the underserved Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, and Indiana.

In addition, Citynet offers competitive local exchange services (voice, data, Internet, and network managed services) in the Indianapolis, Columbus, Pittsburgh, and West Virginia markets. Further, Citynet provides Information Technology services through its Managed Services Division. The Managed Services division of Citynet provides hardware and software sales, network design and maintenance, server implementation, IP telephony, consulting, and outsourced services.
